 Andy has been singing since his childhood - in choirs, bands and to anyone who would listen. Whilst singing with the rock band Solid Silver, Andy discovered opera and has been perfecting his lyric tenor voice ever since. Andy loves to perform and his recent roles include Remendado - Carmen; Tamino - The Magic Flute; Calaf - Turandot; Canio - Il Pagliacci; Cavarodossi - Tosca. As well as appearing in full operas, Andy sings at corporate events, gala dinners, weddings, and concerts throughout the UK and Europe. When he is not singing, Andy works with other performers providing sets, sound, and lighting through Solid Silver Productions - a company he set up with fellow musician Robin Campbell to deliver top quality live music events. Andy still sings with the band and loves to sing musical theatre but opera is his passion - see him perform and you will understand what making music means to him. |
